In Customer Service within the Account Center, you can request new designs for your card, add an authorized user to your account or request a replacement for a worn or damaged card. Just log into the Account Center, go to Customer Service and choose either the "Request or Replace a Card" link or "Add a Person to Your Account" link under Account-Related Requests.
