I can't remember my password. What should I do?
To ensure that your account is secure, you are the only one who knows your password. If you have forgotten it, you will need to create a new one. Go to the Account Center page and click on "Forgot your password?" to reset your Account Center password. You will be required to enter some personal information as a security precaution.
How long does it take to process a balance transfer to my Discover Card?

When you request a balance transfer, Discover Card makes a payment to your other creditor(s). It may take up to two weeks for them to receive the funds and credit your other account. This means you should make payments to your creditor(s) until the balance transfer is complete to avoid late fees and finance charges. It's best to contact your other creditor(s) to confirm they have received the balance transfer.

The balance transfer may post to your Discover Card account at any time within the two-week period. You can check to see if it has posted by logging in to the Account Center and clicking on "View activity since last statement." Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.

Can I change my address, phone number, and e-mail address online?
Yes, log into the Account Center, go to Personal Profile, and then click on "Update Your Personal Information." You can change your account information in addition to managing other aspects of your account. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.
Can I stop my paper statements?

Yes, you can stop receiving paper statements in the mail by signing up for paperless statements. With paperless statements you will be signed up to receive two e-mails:

One notifying you when your statement is ready to view online
Another notifying you 6 to 7 days before your minimum payment is due if we have not received it.

And as always, your account information is password protected and secure.

To enroll, just use your account log in and password.
