Benefit levels from $10,000—$100,000
Double benefits are paid for covered accidental death
Only three medical underwriting questions—no medical exam
Available for ages 18 through 60 years
Guaranteed Issue Level Term Life
Eligibility for coverage is guaranteed—no medical underwriting questions or exam
Benefit levels from $1,000—$10,000
Monthly premium does not ever increase as you get older
Double benefits are paid for covered accidental death
Available to females ages 35 through 75 years
Available to males ages 50 through 75 years
Juvenile Term Life
100% refund of premiums—you can get back all the
premiums you pay toward this plan, depending on how long you
hold the coverage: 100% after 15 years, 75% after 10 years or
a 50% refund after 5 years
Benefit levels from $5,000—$20,000
Monthly premium does not increase as the insured child gets older
Only two medical underwriting questions—no medical exam
Available for ages 14 days through 17 years at issue
